Are you an embryologist, and would like to work in a team of qualified professionals, who support our patients’ families in their parenting project?

IVIRMA Italia, a leading entity in the field of Assisted Reproductive Medicine, is seeking an Embryologist, under a freelance contract, to be included in our team in Ponte San Pietro (BG) within our Assisted Reproduction clinic.

The position will be temporary, as a maternity coverage contract.

What will be the main responsibilities?

The ideal candidate will either take part or assist the following activities, depending on their expertise level:

• Analysis and preparation of semen samples
• Oocyte pickup
• Oocyte deplation
• ICSI
• Monitor and grade embryo development
• Embryo and oocyte vitrification
• Embryo transfer
• Embryo biopsy
• Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards

What are the characteristics of the ideal profile?

• Master’s degree in Biology, or equivalent qualifications, with a specialization in Embryology
• Mandatory: Registration within the Italian National Association of Biologists (please consider that, for professionals that graduated abroad, the process takes up to several months)
• Professional insurance
• Previous experience in an IVF/Embryology laboratory
• Familiarity with key computer tools
