Are you a junior embryologist, and would like to work in a team of qualified professionals, who support our patients’ families in their parenting project?
IVIRMA Italia, a leading entity in the field of Assisted Reproductive Medicine, is seeking an Embryologist, under a freelance contract, to be included in our team in Marostica (Vicenza) within one of our most important Assisted Reproduction clinic.
The position will have a duration of approx one year as a maternity coverage.
What will be the main responsibilities?
The ideal candidate will either take part or assist the following activities, depending on their expertise level:
- Analysis and preparation of semen samples
- Oocyte pickup
- Oocyte deplation
- ICSI
- Monitor and grade embryo development
- Embryo and oocyte vitrification
- Embryo transfer
- Ensuring compliance with health and safety standards
What are the characteristics of the ideal profile?
- Master’s degree in Biology, or equivalent qualifications, with a specialization in Embryology
- Mandatory: Registration within the Italian National Association of Biologists (please consider that, for professionals that graduated abroad, the process takes up to several months)
- Professional insurance
- Must be autonomous in the main seminology procedures
- Previous experience in an IVF/Embryology laboratory
- Familiarity with key computer tools
